Audience & Sales Manager

(Full-Time, Salaried)

Timber Lake Playhouse is looking for a people-centered leader who enjoys both relationships and results. The Audience & Sales Manager helps shape how guests experience the theatre - from the moment they consider attending to the moment they return with friends.

This full-time, year-round role guides ticket sales strategy, subscription growth, group outreach, and front-of-house operations. You’ll work with patron data to understand buying patterns, build community partnerships that bring new audiences through the doors, and lead seasonal staff in creating a warm, welcoming environment. Just as important, you’ll be a visible presence during performances - someone our patrons recognize and trust.

We’re seeking a communicator who likes solving problems, engaging people, and taking ownership of outcomes. Backgrounds in theatre ticketing, hospitality, live events, or relationship-based sales all translate well.
