RETIRE THE DEBT

TIMBER LAKE PLAYHOUSE appreciates contributions toward the retirement of its capital debt – more specifically, the outstanding loan for the construction of the Tech Building and the Guest House. The Tech Building was constructed five years ago so our designers, painters and carpenters would no longer have to work outside in northwest Illinois’ unpredictable summer weather. The building has greatly improved the work conditions at TLP, but currently the loan on it is just under $30,000. The Guest House was purchased three years ago so that our Guest and Equity Artists had a place to stay when they were at TLP for a single show contract. The remaining mortgage on the Guest House is just over $50,000.

Please consider helping us retire this debt. For sizeable donations, TLP would consider Naming Rights for any of the buildings on our campus. (For instance: “Smith Family Technical Building,” “James Johnson Memorial Green Room,” “Sally and Jimmy Doe Guest Artist Cabin.”) If interested, please contact Dan Danielowski at (815) 244-2048.
