Notice of Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of the Timber Lake Playhouse Corporation will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 7:30pm at Oakville Country Club in Mt. Carroll, IL. The schedule of the evening is as follows:
6:00 p.m. Cocktails (Cash Bar provided)
6:30 p.m Dinner Buffet
7:30 p.m. Annual Meeting
The cost for the dinner is $11.00 per person, complimentary to sponsorship levels Archangel and above. Please R.S.V.P. to the TLP office by October 4th at (815) 244-2035 or by email at email@example.com.
Voting privileges at the annual corporate meeting are regulated as specified in paragraph 5 under Membership and Finance in the statements of Policy: “A ‘Sponsoring Member’ is a person or group of persons who have maintained their interest in Timber Lake Playhouse by becoming a Philanthropist, Benefactor, Director’s Circle, Gabriel, Guardian Angel, Archangel, Angel, and Patron or Board Member. Only one vote shall be accorded each said membership regardless of the number of classifications applicable.”
The agenda for the October 8 meeting will include:
-Celebration of TLP’s 50th season!
-Annual reports of the Officers of the Board and the election of board members to fill vacancies created by the regular expiration of terms and resignations.
-Induction of the newest members into the TLP Hall of Fame.
We welcome your input and hope you can attend as we review our 50th anniversary season and look ahead to our 2012 Season.
